Rolled Wafer is a mélange of green and black tea with subtle almond notes mingling with vanilla. This blend harmonizes well with the natural astringency of the tea. It is best consumed as-is however a dash of milk or sugar is acceptable.
Brewing Guidance: Steep a heaping 2 - 2.5 teaspoons of loose tea (or approximately 3 grams) in 8-12oz of gently boiled water (185 F) for 3-5 minutes.
